The V&A Waterfront is a unique business in its many facets and the IM team have always made a concerted effort to familiarize themselves with the business need before advising on best practice which I really respect. I would definitely recommend their very personable and capable team and software to anyone who wants to reimagine their signage.

We have not been disappointed and are truly happy with our relationship with IM. In terms of product, our stores use mainly the LG screen with pre-installed IM software, with the separate screen and media player option (with IM software) being less popular. Content to all screens is centrally updated regularly and is aligned on a regional basis.

We are able to monitor all 110 locations whilst effectively managing the content to specific stores or the entire group. The Imagine team have been vital for the entire setup with passionate and energetic support. We continue to utilise the solution daily and we are looking forward to continuing the rollout with new features and addons.
